Job summary

Crown is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major hyperscale data centre project in Vaasa, Finland. This site-based rotational role offers a 3-week on-site rotation with a long weekend at home, with flights and accommodation provided.

You will report to the Project Director and be responsible for delivering safely, on programme and within budget, while upholding quality and safety standards across all site activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Experience delivering roofing, cladding, façade or external envelope projects is essential.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project budgets and variations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work on a rotational basis in Vaasa, Finland.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of the project within programme, budget and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations with health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Procure materials and negotiate best value with suppliers.
• Coordinate plant, equipment and logistics to support delivery.
• Attend client, subcontractor and main contractor meetings and provide updates.
• Maintain project documentation and weekly reports for senior management.
