Job summary

Crown in Vaasa, Finland, is seeking a Junior Site Manager to join our hyperscale data centre project on a site‑based rotational schedule (3 weeks on, 1 long weekend off). Flights and accommodation are provided as part of this permanent full‑time role.

You will support day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate labour and subcontractors, review RAMS, monitor progress, maintain records and liaise with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience as Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Junior Site Manager.
• Experience in roofing, cladding, façade or building envelope projects desirable.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Full driving licence and willingness to rotate in Vaasa, Finland.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring safety, programme adherence and high quality.
• Coordinate labour resources and subcontractors to meet programme requirements.
• Support procurement and delivery of materials aligned with project schedules.
• Coordinate plant and equipment for efficient site operations.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
• Assist with RAMS and quality assurance procedures.
• Monitor progress and assist in weekly progress reports.
• Attend site coordination meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate site records including diaries and minutes.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Site Manager to achieve programme and commercial objectives.
• Build positive relationships with clients and teams.
• Promote Crown's safety-first culture.
