LimeFlight is hiring a Product Solutions Specialist to act as the operational extension of Product Management, guiding customer implementation from discovery through adoption. You will partner with customers to translate requirements, ensure scalable solutions, and drive value realization across onboarding, design, and rollout.

This role requires strong communication, 5+ years in related fields, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Product Specialist or Business Analysis in B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and implementation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation projects from onboarding to adoption.
• Guide customers on workflows and best practices to maximize value.
• Explain technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering to clarify requirements and implementations.
