Job summary

ABB is seeking a Learning & Digital Training Coordinator to support global learning initiatives within Motion Global Capability. You will help coordinate programs, manage digital training solutions, and assist with LMS activities while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

The role offers remote flexibility with occasional office visits, and provides exposure to international collaboration and continuous improvement of learning processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver global learning programs and digital training solutions.
• Assist with LMS activities and use of eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate).
• Maintain learning content, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Support collaboration with internal teams and external partners across the organization.
• Track actions, KPIs, and project progress for ongoing learning initiatives.
