Job summary

ABB is seeking a Learning & Digital Training Coordinator to support global learning programs, digital training solutions, and LMS activities within the Motion Global Capability Team. You will collaborate with stakeholders across a global organization to track actions and keep content up to date.

You will work with Articulate and other digital tools, assisting with routine LMS activities and maintaining learning documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating learning and training activities across the Motion Service organization
• Assisting with meeting organization KPIs, action tracking, and stakeholder follow-up
• Supporting the use of digital learning tools and routine LMS activities
• Updating and maintaining learning content and related documentation
• Liaising with internal teams and external partners involved in training activities
• Maintaining structured documentation of ongoing tasks, actions and projects
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of learning processes, tools and ways of working
