Job summary

Academic Work Finland Oy is seeking a Learning & Digital Training Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of learning and digital training. You will collaborate with capability teams and global stakeholders, ensuring programs run smoothly and content stays up to date.

This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days per week in the Helsinki office, starting as soon as possible on a one-year fixed-term contract, offering growth in corporate L&D within a global industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background.
• Genuine interest in Learning & Development and digital training.
• Basic understanding of digital tools and platforms (e.g. MS Office, Teams).
• Structured, detail-oriented and organized way of working.
• Strong proactive communication skills and ability to work independently with guidance.
• Fluency in professional English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools is meritorious.
• Prior experience in training coordination or administrative support is meritorious.

Responsibilities

• Supporting coordination of learning and training activities.
• Assisting in organizing meetings, tracking actions, and following up with stakeholders.
• Providing support in the use of digital learning tools and eLearning platforms (e.g. Articulate).
• Assisting in updating and maintaining learning content and related documentation.
• Supporting communication with internal teams and external partners related to training activities.
• Helping to maintain structured documentation of tasks, actions, and ongoing topics.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of learning processes and tools within the team.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of learning and digital training. You will collaborate closely with capability teams and global stakeholders, ensuring that learning programs run smoothly, training content remains up to date and digital platforms are utilized effectively.

Work tasks

As a Learning & Digital Training Coordinator, your responsibilities will cover practical training coordination, platform support, and stakeholder communication:

• Supporting coordination of learning and training activities
• Assisting in organizing meetings, tracking actions, and following up with stakeholders
• Providing support in the use of digital learning tools and eLearning platforms (e.g. Articulate)
• Assisting in updating and maintaining learning content and related documentation
• Supporting communication with internal teams and external partners related to training activities
• Helping to maintain structured documentation of tasks, actions, and ongoing topics
• Contribuing to continuous improvement of learning processes and tools within the team
