Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Customer Growth Specialist based in Finland to own retention and expansion for a segment of smaller video businesses. You will design scalable coaching programs, use data to identify at-risk accounts, and guide growth interventions across pricing, packaging, and funnels.

You will build playbooks and operate in a remote global environment, collaborating with Product and Customer Success teams while leveraging AI tools for research and resource creation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in coaching, consulting, customer success or related field.
• Experience helping online businesses improve growth and revenue.
• Ability to translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Strong live facilitation skills for groups and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Own gross revenue retention and expansion for an assigned segment.
• Design scalable coaching programs and group sessions.
• Advise on pricing, packaging, positioning, and offers.
• Monitor data to identify at-risk accounts and intervene early.
• Analyze retention curves and funnel performance to guide interventions.
• Build repeatable playbooks and processes for scaling.
• Share insights with Product and Customer Success teams.
• Use AI tools to support research and resource creation.
• Provide honest guidance and manage difficult conversations when needed.
