ABB is recruiting an experienced FP&A leader to drive reliable financial analysis, planning, and forecasting. You will create the APP and LPP, support executive decision‑making, and lead standardized FP&A processes with AI integration across global lines.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across regions, manage data quality, and champion finance digitalization, leveraging tools like Power BI, SAP, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint capabilities. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business stories.
• Comfortable working with data and modern finance tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead analysis of financial results and coordinate management reporting to stakeholders and senior management on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Evaluate impact of major investment decisions.
• Define and oversee financial planning processes including APP and forecasting with global FP&A.
• Ensure APP and forecast instructions are up to date and followed.
• Drive standardized FP&A processes and tools, including AI, with Data Management and Finance Operations.
• Prepare business discussions and reviews on performance and analysis for the global Division with Business Lines FP&A.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations and reporting units to improve data quality and resolve inconsistencies in reporting.
• Drive planning and cost-saving initiatives to increase profitability.
• Create and update the global Division Forecast and APP/LPP with global Business Lines, PCs, and reporting units.
• Champion training on FP&A tools and processes and share best practices within Finance.
