Job summary

RELEX Solutions is hiring a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist in Helsinki to join the Accounts Payable Team. You will support day-to-day finance operations, process supplier invoices, manage tax/VAT, and assist with payments and projects within a growing, dynamic team.

The role offers flexible hours and remote work options, with onboarding support and opportunities to develop processes in a fast-growing software company focused on AI-driven supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant studies in accounting, finance, business
• Previous Accounts Payable experience is considered as an advantage
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a timely and precise manner
• Independent and proactive work-attitude. You will get onboarded and supported by the team.
• solid Excel skills, Teams knowledge etc. with ERP/NetSuite experience noted as a plus

Responsibilities

• Processing of supplier invoices and setting up the correct accounts and reporting dimensions. Ensuring correct tax and VAT treatment of supplier invoices
• Overseeing the invoice approval workflow
• Creating payments
• Supporting in AP related projects
• Assisting with other accounting or finance related tasks
