A role is available for a finance professional skilled in accounting and payroll to join the team, with responsibilities including client accounting, payroll processing, and automation initiatives.

The candidate should hold KLT qualification (or be willing to obtain it), have several years of accounting experience, and possess payroll experience.

Qualifications

• Holds KLT qualification (or willing to obtain it) and has several years of accounting experience.
• Experience in payroll processing; understanding wages, vacations, social contributions, and official reports. PHT certification is an advantage.
• Dislikes manual data entry and calculations and is excited about automation, technology, and new tools, but can do manual work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Managing client accounting in collaboration with the team.
• Handling payroll and ensuring wages, social security contributions, and reports are accurate and timely.
• Assisting in automating accounting and payroll processes and communicating needs and suggestions to the development team.
