Job summary

Kastelli talot Oy in the Helsinki region is seeking a project developer to handle land acquisition for regional development, including Turku and Tampere. You will directly influence what we build and where.

The role blends commercial thinking with deep development know-how. You will work with landowners, municipalities and partners, proactively networking to spot market opportunities and ensure feasible, bankable projects. A hybrid work model is possible.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree (commercial or technical).
• Experience in development and land acquisition.
• Understanding of zoning and land use.
• Ability to advance zoning projects independently.
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, commercial, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop single-family and multi-family projects.
• Identify and acquire potential plots.
• Conceptualize new projects.
• Push zoning changes forward in cooperation with authorities.
• Guide the design in the early stages and ensure feasibility.
• Draft investment proposals ensuring schedules and profitability.
• Build relationships with landowners, municipalities and partners.
• Proactively network to spot new market opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Kastelli’s sales and production.
• Ensure smooth progression from development to implementation.
• Report to the business director.
