Job summary

Tekova Oyj seeks a Regional Director to drive Tekova Grand's business in Uusimaa with a focus on KVR contracting and project management contracting models. You lead commercial activities from client relations to contract signing and start of production, while expanding the order book with new leads and strategic partnerships.

You will build and maintain networks with developers and partners, negotiate with international operators, and guide tendering, productization, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Education and experience suitable for the position.
• Expertise in KVR and project management contracting models and contracts.
• Good interpersonal skills and existing networks with developers and partners.
• Ability to negotiate with international operators and fluent English language skills.
• A positive, driving attitude as well as implementation and pressure tolerance skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, result-orientation, and creative problem-solving ability.
• Passion for learning new things and willingness for independent hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tekova Grand in accordance with the group's strategic goals and values.
• Oversee the commercial lifecycle from customer relationship to contract and production start.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers and identify leads.
• Advance selected leads to accumulate business in the order book according to targets.
• Participate in tender processes, productization, tender calculations, and tender materials, including risk assessments.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and draft contracting agreements that are comprehensive and clear.
• Forecast and report the company's business to the group management.
• Act as a role model for a customer-oriented, results-driven culture and support group-wide development.
