Job summary

Cityvarasto seeks an experienced project manager to lead property use changes and renovation projects within our construction team. You will coordinate with management, property owners, external planners, contractors, and authorities, and travel regularly across Finland (about 2–3 days per month).

The workplace is in Vantaa, with permanent, long‑term prospects. You will oversee multiple simultaneous projects, manage schedules, costs and quality, and navigate permits.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant construction sector education.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in construction project roles.
• Independent project leadership for at least two years.
• Ability to lead projects decisively with diverse stakeholders.

Cityvarasto is Finland’s leading provider of small storage spaces, with a growing network covering over 70 locations nationwide and expanding rapidly. Our aim is to grow the network to around 100 sites by the end of 2029. We actively develop new sites and make existing properties more functional, efficient and customer‑oriented.

We are now seeking an experienced project manager to lead property use changes and renovation projects as part of our growing organization. As a project manager, you will lead multiple simultaneous projects and work as part of Cityvarasto’s construction team. You will collaborate closely with management, property owners, external planners, contractors and authorities. Our work community is down‑to‑earth and solution‑oriented. You will have an independent area of responsibility while working in close cooperation with other parts of the company.

Your workplace is in Vantaa, but the role requires regular travel across Finland (roughly 2–3 days per month). The position is permanent and starting date is by agreement.
