Job summary

Avain Yhtiöt Oy in Helsinki seeks a Project Manager for new residential construction, leading projects from planning to handover and commissioning. You will represent the client, oversee schedules, costs, quality and risk, and work closely with designers, contractors and authorities.

We operate mainly in the Helsinki region and growth centers, with projects ranging from 50-apartment blocks to large districts; a DI/RI education and a proactive, responsible mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Relevant construction/real estate education (DI/RI) and proactive, self-driven approach.
• Prior experience as a project manager in new construction.
• Experience with larger district-scale or more demanding construction projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead new residential construction projects from planning to handover.
• Represent the client and manage schedules, costs, quality, and risk.
• Collaborate with designers, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders.
