Job summary

Enfuce is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for Italy, Iberia and Eastern Europe. You will turn regional marketing into a growth engine, shaping plans, executing campaigns, events, ABM programmes and activations that drive pipeline and brand growth.

The role combines strategy with hands-on execution and requires strong collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams to tailor global campaigns for local markets. Flexible remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS, fintech or payments preferred).
• Strong experience developing and executing account-based marketing programmes for enterprise customers.
• Proven track record delivering regional marketing programmes that build demand and pipeline.
• Experience organising and delivering high-quality events with measurable commercial impact.
• Hands-on approach, able to shift between strategy and execution.
• Strong collaboration with Sales teams on target accounts and pipeline objectives.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills; Italian/Spanish or other regional languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans across Italy, Iberia and Eastern Europe to build pipeline and brand awareness.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for regional audiences and customer needs.
• Partner with regional Sales teams to identify target accounts and align marketing with priorities.
• Create ABM programmes for priority enterprise accounts to support engagement through the buying journey.
• Plan and deliver regional events including conferences, executive roundtables, customer events and partner activities.
• Execute demand generation campaigns to create qualified opportunities and nurture prospects through the funnel.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Brand & Communications and Solutions Marketing on regional execution.
• Work with Partnerships team and local partners on joint marketing initiatives and extend reach.
