Job summary

Acute Talent is seeking an experienced Regional Data Center Program Expert to lead infrastructure operations, colocation management, vendor governance, and critical infrastructure programs across multiple facilities and geographies. This senior role collaborates with local operations, engineering, and global teams to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.

The candidate will drive standards, monitor systems, and coordinate complex initiatives across regions, ensuring production readiness

Qualifications

• Senior-level expertise in data center infrastructure, critical facilities, colocation providers, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of colocation management standards across facilities.
• Lead EMS data integration projects and ensure accurate monitoring of critical infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with colocation providers and technology vendors; negotiate scope and SLAs.
• Coordinate internal teams with project plans, risk logs, and delivery cadences to completion.
• Review electrical, HVAC, ELV, BMS networks, and automation controls for reliability and readiness.
• Develop dashboards and reports for operational compliance and EMS integration health.
