Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of its data centre facilities, with a focus on fit-out / partnered projects. You will coordinate design, engineering and construction activities through all stages to ensure delivery on time, safely, and to specification.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage scope, schedule, budgets and risks, collaborating with internal teams (Engineering, EH&S, Finance, Operations) and external partners to deliver sustainable

Qualifications

Over 8 years of experience managing large-scale, mission-critical construction projects, including data centre developments and fit-out works.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-discipline delivery teams and coordinate design, engineering, and construction.
Strong knowledge of scheduling, coordination, and commercial principles to meet cost and schedule targets.

Responsibilities

Lead data centre project delivery from design through construction, commissioning and handover.
Manage scope, schedule and quality, aligning with design intent and business objectives.
Coordinate and lead multi-discipline project management (MEP, CSA) as required.
Maintain oversight of budgets and schedules, report progress and risks.
Collaborate with Design for reviews and documentation control; work with contractors on capabilities and performance.
Ensure safety culture and regulatory compliance; chair status meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
