Rekrymesta Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy etsii Account Manageria Turun toimistolle. Tehtävässä keskitytään uusien asiakkaiden hankintaan sekä asiakassuhteiden kehittämiseen henkilöstöpalvelualalla, tarpeiden kartoitukseen ja ratkaisuja rekrytointiin.

Menestymisen edellytyksenä on useamman vuoden kokemus alalla sekä erinomainen suullinen ja kirjallinen suomen kieli. Eduksi katsotaan LikeIt- ja Pipedrive-käyttö.

Qualifications

• Käytännön tuntemus henkilöstöpalvelualalta ja työn hakijoiden kohtelu.
• Erinomaista suullista ja kirjallista suomen kielen hallintaa.
• LikeIt- ja Pipedrive-järjestelmien kokemus katsotaan eduksi.

Responsibilities

• Vastaanottaa ja hankkia uusia asiakkaita sekä kehittää asiakassuhteita henkilöstöpalvelualalla.
• Kartoitus asiakkaan tarpeet ja tarjota rekrytointi- ja henkilöstöratkaisuja.
• Osallistua rekrytointiprosesseihin, työntekijöiden valintaan ja työsuhteiden hallintaan.
• Roolin mittarina toimii myyntihenkinen ote yhdistettynä HR-osaamiseen asiakkaan palvelun sujuvuuden takaamiseksi.

Rekrymesta is growing strongly, and we are now looking for an Account Manager to join our community. We work with a growth-oriented mindset, but with a positive and relaxed atmosphere! We are looking for a person who already has experience in the staffing services industry, possesses networks, and has passion and motivation for our field. You will work primarily at our Turku office.

In the Account Manager role:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition and the development of customer relationships within the staffing services industry. Your work includes identifying customer needs and providing suitable recruitment and staffing solutions. You will participate in recruitment processes, employee selection, and employment management. Your role combines a sales-driven approach with practical HR expertise – you will act as a reliable partner for the customer and ensure that the service operates smoothly from start to finish.

To succeed in the role:

You have several years of experience in the staffing services industry and are well-acquainted with industry practices. You are motivated, proactive, and wish to develop both yourself and operational methods. Excellent oral and written proficiency in Finnish is essential for the position. Experience using LikeIt and Pipedrive systems is considered an advantage.
