Sanofi North Europe is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for the Rare (Blood) Diseases portfolio in Finland. You will drive commercial success, engage with hematologists, immunologists, and other HCPs, delivering brand messaging and cross-functional collaboration to support launches and patient access across multiple indications.

The role requires field presence in Finland, travel to events, and a strong network in hematology/immunology. Fluency in Finnish and English is expected.

Competenze

• Background in pharmaceutical sales (+5 years).
• Experience in hematology or related therapeutic area is a plus.
• Existing network of customers within hematology or immunology is beneficial.

• Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with HCPs (Hematologists, Immunologists, Oncologists).
• Deliver brand messaging and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve targets and KPIs.
