PehuTec Oy in Finland is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager with a strong electronics engineering background to lead multidisciplinary product development projects from concept to production readiness.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and technical risks across electronics, mechanics, embedded software, and product approvals while collaborating with customers and engineering teams; fluent Finnish is mandatory.

Formación

• Several years of experience in electronics and hardware product development.
• Experience in technical project management or leading multidisciplinary R&D projects.
• Knowledge of electronics design, schematics, PCB design and system architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complete R&D projects covering electronics, mechanics, embedded software, and product certifications.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Define product requirements and architectures with customers and engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership in electronics and hardware development.
• Coordinate verification, validation, and regulatory compliance and product approvals.
• Support sales with technical proposals, quotations and effort estimates.
• Act as a key technical contact for customers throughout the development process.
