Job summary

Enetron, a Finland-based startup, seeks an electrical engineer to join our lean team. You will drive products from concept to prototype, testing and series production, and own design documentation such as schematics and BOMs. You will influence components and architecture and help certify products with external partners.

We value curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently with ownership in a hybrid environment across Finland. English is required; Finnish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering and hands-on product development experience.
• Curious, analytical and able to solve hard technical problems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with ownership.
• English proficiency; Finnish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take products from concept through prototype, testing and series production.
• Contribute to or lead component and architecture decisions.
• Improve existing products for performance, cost, and scalability.
• Own schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs and test protocols.
• Lead or participate in certification and compliance projects with external partners.
