Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a project team in Finland. You will contribute to cost management, procurement support and commercial reporting on large-scale data centre projects across Europe.

The role involves client engagement and collaboration with project and commercial teams throughout the lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QS or related roles within construction, exposure to subcontractor accounts and a degree in Quantity Surveying or

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying or commercial role.
• Experience in construction/engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of cost management, procurement and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial management from start to final account.
• Assist with procurement and subcontract package administration.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier accounts, payments and variations.
• Support budget management and cost reporting activities.
• Prepare valuations, change management and final accounts.
• Assist with forecasting, cost control and commercial reporting.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.
• Support client and stakeholder communications on commercial matters.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with project leadership and provide contract administration support.
• Contribute to the successful commercial performance of the project.
