Job summary

A leading construction company in Finland is seeking an experienced professional to supervise procurement and manage project budgets for various Data Centre projects across Europe. The ideal candidate should have 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within mechanical and electrical contracting, and a relevant Level 8 degree. Experience in data centres is advantageous. This role offers a chance to work with a trusted company in an expanding sector.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mechanical and electrical contracting environment.
• Data Centre experience is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the procurement of packages ensuring technical completion.
• Monitor sub-contractor and supplier payments and sub-contractor variations.
• Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director.
• Manage relevant client communications.
• Document and cost changes to the work scopes and prepare the monthly valuations and final accounts.
