Job summary

Geberit Group's Ekenäs factory in Finland is seeking a Quality Manager to drive measures ensuring production and product processes meet customer expectations and industry standards. You will lead a small team and report to the factory manager and the Group's quality organisation.

You will coordinate inspections (functional, dimensional, visual), handle complaints, and participate in internal and external audits while improving documentation and reporting with your team.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, preferably in an international environment.
• Practical understanding of ISO certification.
• Ability to build strong cooperation with production and other stakeholders.
• Clear, diplomatic communication of complex quality topics to different audiences.
• Solution-oriented with ability to assess risks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop measures to ensure production and product processes meet customer expectations and standards.
• Responsible for quality inspections (functional, dimensional and visual) and for handling complaints.
• Oversee internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions.
• Documentation and reporting together with your team.
• Lead a small team (3 people) and report to the factory manager and the Group's quality organisation.
