Job summary

Geberit’s ceramics factory in Ekenäs, Finland, part of the global Geberit Group, is seeking a Quality Manager to drive production and product quality across the site. The factory operates 24/7 with high automation, employing around 190 experts under the IDO, Ifö, Porsgrund and Geberit brands.

You will lead quality inspections, handle complaints, and ensure audits and documentation are carried out, reporting to the factory manager and the Group’s quality organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, preferably in an international environment.
• Practical understanding of ISO certification.
• Ability to build strong cooperation with production and other stakeholders.
• Clear and diplomatic communication; can explain complex quality topics to different groups.
• Solution-oriented with risk assessment and priority setting.
• Analytical, structured mindset with strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Leadership skills; developing people through motivation and coaching.
• Holistic view of quality, production, and product standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality inspections (functional, dimensional and visual).
• Handle customer and internal complaints with appropriate corrective actions.
• Lead internal and external audits and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure documentation and reporting are maintained with the team.
• Coach and supervise a small team of 3 people.
• Coordinate with production and product development to address root causes.
