Job summary

Logistic TKT Systems Oy is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the development and execution of our quality management system at Hämeenlinna, with gradual responsibility for Pirkkala. The role focuses on elevating production quality, meeting ISO 9001 requirements, and driving certification.

The candidate will collaborate with production, management, and customers to streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency while building a robust quality culture.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education (e.g. engineer/DI, mechanical or production engineering).
• Experience with machine shop manufacturing methods and quality requirements.
• Proven track record of building ISO 9001-compliant systems and leading certification processes.
• Knowledge of quality improvement tools (8D, Root Cause Analysis, SPC).
• Systematic, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style.
• Strong Finnish and English skills (written and spoken).

We are now seeking a Quality Manager for Logistic TKT Systems Oy. Do you excel in quality management within machine shop manufacturing, and does building processes, improving quality output, and successfully driving ISO 9001 certification thrill you? We are looking for an ambitious, practical quality manager to strengthen our team. Your role begins with developing and executing the quality management system at our Hämeenlinna site and gradually taking responsibility for the Pirkkala site’s quality system. At the core of your duties is elevating production quality capability to a new level and constructing our operating system to meet ISO 9001 requirements and achieve certification. You will work in close collaboration with production, management, and our customers. You will have the chance to make daily work clearer, more error-free, and more efficient. Your workplace is in Hämeenlinna and work will commence as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
