Job summary

Enento Group in Finland is seeking a Quality Management Lead to drive the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and strengthening process governance.

You will work with business leaders across countries to define measurable ways of working, own audits, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that boost quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in quality management, process development, governance, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), process frameworks, auditing, risk management, and performance measurement.
• Preferably knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Experience driving cross-functional development initiatives across multiple countries, functions, or business units.

What will you do?

As a member of the Commercial Excellence function, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS), strengthening process governance across the organization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, compliance, efficiency, and customer experience.

You will work closely with business leaders and process owners across the organization to ensure that our ways of working are defined, measurable, effective, and consistently followed.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Own, develop, and continuously improve the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), including coordination of internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 9001.
• Own, define and maintain the organization's process governance framework, including process ownership principles, performance measurement, risk management, and reporting to leadership.
• Drive continuous increased productivity and efficiency initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities, facilitating root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and supporting standardization, simplification, and automation of key business processes.

Who are you?

To be successful in the role as Quality Management Lead, we believe that you have several years of experience in quality management, process development, operational excellence, governance, or continuous improvement. Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS), process frameworks, auditing, risk management, and performance measurement is highly valued.

You have solid knowledge of process management methodologies and quality standards, preferably including ISO 9001. Experience in driving cross-functional development initiatives across multiple countries, functions, or business units is considered an advantage.
