Quality Manager, NG Nordic Industrial Waste Services
Industrial Waste Services (IWS) is NG Nordic’s platform offering full‑scale waste services for industrial customers, focusing on safely removing hazardous substances. IWS operates across Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway, supporting customers with total waste management, hazardous waste treatment, thermal treatment, final disposal of inorganic waste, environmental projects and water treatment services.
As Quality Manager, you will coordinate the development and implementation of the IWS Quality Management System (QMS) across Nordic IWS operations, ensuring practical, business‑focused application in Finland’s daily operations. You will work closely with operational management, process owners, EHSSQ teams and other stakeholders to translate common requirements into clear, effective ways of working.
The position is based in Finland, preferably in Espoo or Riihimäki, with a flexible hybrid working model that combines office presence, remote work and regular site visits.
We are looking for a structured and collaborative professional with a practical mindset, capable of connecting management system requirements with operational business needs. You enjoy working with both development and implementation, and you are comfortable coordinating topics across functions, sites and countries.
This role gives you the opportunity to shape quality management in a complex business environment, influence common ways of working and strengthen local implementation. You will help build a culture where quality is part of everyday business, not just a management system requirement.
Application deadline: 30.8.2026
Place of work: Espoo or Riihimäki
Starting date: Preferably in October 2026
