Job summary

G2 Recruitment is seeking a Quality Manager to join a major data centre project in Finland on a permanent basis. You will drive QA/QC across the project lifecycle, partnering with project leadership, construction teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong QA/QC background in construction, experience with main contractors, and proven ability to manage inspections, audits, and close-out activities.

G2 are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join a client on a permanent basis, supporting a major data centre project in Finland.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company delivering large-scale, technically complex projects across a number of European locations. Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are looking to strengthen their team.

You will work closely with project leadership, construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, driving compliance with company procedures, client requirements, project specifications, and relevant industry standards.

• Requirements: Strong Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) background within the construction industry
• Experience working for a main contractor, general contractor
• Proven experience managing quality processes on large-scale construction projects
• Experience working on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial, or similarly complex projects
• Ability to manage quality teams, subcontractors, inspections, audits, and project close-out activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• EU Passport is essential

This position requires a proactive quality professional who is comfortable working within a fast-paced project environment and can take ownership of project quality performance, ensuring works are delivered right first time and in accordance with contractual and client requirements.
