Job summary

Ab Solving Oy in Pietarsaari is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects and coordinate with internal teams from initiation to deployment.

You will ensure project delivery according to schedules, technical requirements and budgets, and maintain project documentation and cost monitoring. Proficiency in Swedish, Finnish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle demanding situations with a positive attitude toward customers.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish, Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-specific projects from initiation to deployment in close cooperation with the customer and your own team.
• Responsible for project delivery in accordance with agreed schedules, technical requirements and budgets, and for project documentation and cost monitoring.
• Act as a contact person for other departments and external partners on project matters.
• Support sales as well as tasks related to project preparation and assembly where needed.
