Enersense International Oy is seeking a Project Coordinator for a large-scale industrial project in Boden, Sweden. You will manage document control, onboarding, invoicing, and logistics, ensuring smooth site operations while coordinating with multi-lingual stakeholders.

The role involves a 4 weeks on-site rotation in Sweden, followed by 2 weeks off, with travel and accommodation arranged. The successful candidate must have relevant experience in piping or industrial projects and be permanently

• Manage document control and maintain accurate project databases
• Coordinate personnel onboarding, access control, and compliance checks (incl. contractor requirements)
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation
• Support project logistics, including travel, accommodation, and deliveries
• Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams (multi lingual)
• Track project progress and update records and reporting systems
• Assist with preparation of reports, instructions, and project documentation
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth site/project operations

Job description

We are now looking for a Project Coordinator for our large-scale industrial project in Boden, Northern Sweden. We provide all travel arrangements as well as accommodation while working on site.

The planned work rotation will be 4 weeks on site in Sweden, followed by 2 weeks off. The project will start as soon as possible and the estimated duration is until the end of May 2027.

The open position is within our Energy Transition business unit, where we help our customers improve the reliability of their production facilities and enhance maintenance operations. We deliver demanding project implementations for industrial projects. We develop digital solutions to improve productivity, manage the overall maintenance and reliability of our customers' production plants and provide resource and contracting services as well as subcontracting chain management services for domestic and international industrial projects.
