Job summary

Serres Oy in Kauhajoki is hiring Production Workers / Packers for three shifts (6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00). The role is a fixed-term position through StaffPoint until 30.4.2027, with potential extension. Training wage is 12.06 €/h and after one month 12.71 €/h, plus TES-based allowances.

Start date is as soon as suitable candidates are found. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and can work precisely and quickly.

Job description

We are now seeking for Serres Oy for a position as Production Workers / Packers at the Kauhajoki site. The tasks include post-processing of hospital supplies produced on an automated production line, quality control and packing. You will work at your own workstation in an autonomous stage and receive support from friendly team colleagues. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and excels in work requiring precision and speed. Previous production experience is advantageous, but in this role attitude and finger dexterity are even more decisive. Work language is Finnish.

The position is weekday, in three shifts (6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00). Employment starts as a fixed-term temporary position through StaffPoint until 30.4.2027, with a good chance for longer-term continuation afterwards. During training the wage is 12.06 €/h and after the first month the wage is 12.71 €/h. On top of the base pay, allowances are formed according to the TES for the Plastics and Chemical Product Industry. Start date is possible as soon as suitable candidates are found.

Requirements include a good and positive attitude, ability to work in 3 shifts, ability to work precisely and carefully for a long period, and readiness for a quick start.
