Job summary

Serres Oy in Kauhajoki is hiring Production Workers / Packers for three shifts (6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00). The role is a fixed-term position through StaffPoint until 30.4.2027, with potential extension. Training wage is 12.06 €/h and after one month 12.71 €/h, plus TES-based allowances.

Start date is as soon as suitable candidates are found. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and can work precisely and quickly.

Qualifications

• Good attitude and positive mindset.
• Ability to work in 3 shifts (6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00).
• Precise and careful work for extended periods.
• Ready for quick start and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Post-processing of hospital supplies on an automated line.
• Quality control and packing of finished goods.
• Work at your own workstation in an autonomous stage with team support.
