Job summary

VISIO Henkilöstöratkaisut etsii muovialalle tuotantotyöntekijää aloittamaan välittömästi, kun sopiva tekijä löytyy. Tehtävässä on kolmivuorotyö ja fyysisesti vaativat tehtävät modernissa tuotantoympäristössä.

Trukin ajo ja koneiden operointi kuuluvat työnkuvaan, ja pitkäaikainen työllistyminen on mahdollista kuuden kuukauden koeaikana Vision kautta. Toivomme sitoutuneita hakijoita, joilla on aiempaa tuotantokokemusta, sujuva suomen kielen taito sekä hyvää paineensietoa.

Qualifications

• Kokemus tuotantoteollisuudesta, erityisesti muovituotannosta.
• Ajokortti ja oma auto, julkisen liikenteen rajoitusten vuoksi kolmivuorotyö.
• Valmius työskennellä kolmessa vuorossa.
• Erinomainen suomen kielen taito.
• Kova työmoraali, itsenäisyys ja vuorovaikutustaidot.

Job description

Etsimme muovialalle tuotantotyöntekijää tositarkoituksella jossa aloitus on heti kun tekijä löytyy! The role involves three-shift work in a manufacturing environment with physically demanding tasks. You will operate modern machines and drive a forklift. We are seeking committed candidates who can be permanently hired after a six-month probation via Vision. The employer has over fifty years in the field and modern, new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include working in three shifts, manual tasks, operating machines, and forklift driving.

Requirements

• Requirements include previous production experience, plastic production machinery experience, a driving license and own car due to limited public transport for all shifts, willingness to work in three shifts, strong Finnish language skills, high work ethic, independence, and good social skills.

Salary & Contract

• Salary is 13.50–14.50 EUR per hour under the plastic and chemical industry TES, fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent after 6 months.
