Job summary

RTK-Henkilöstöpalvelu Oy in Vantaa is seeking production workers for our client at Kisällintie to work in heat‑treatment. Duties include assembling and disassembling production units for heat treatment and performing quality control.

Unload pallets, lift metal parts into feed baskets, and pack parts on pallets after treatment for delivery to the customer. The position requires no prior experience as training is provided, with good Finnish language skills and physical fitness preferred.

Job description

We are looking for production workers for our client in Vantaa, at Kisällintie, to work in heat‑treatment.

Duties include assembling and disassembling production units to be heat‑treated, performing quality control (measuring metal hardness), unloading pallets, and lifting various metal parts into feed baskets. Parts are not very heavy but require repetition. After heat treatment, parts are packed back on pallets and sent forward to the customer.

The job does not require prior experience as training is provided.

We expect precise, diligent, and fast work attitude, ability to work independently, and readiness to perform routine tasks. Good Finnish language skills and good physical fitness are desired.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:00–16:00 (in two shifts as needed, morning and evening). Initially a fixed‑term contract; opportunities based on customer orders and need.

We are looking for full‑time and part‑time workers.

Salary: €11.90-€12.50 per hour.
