Job summary

Pentisol, vuonna 1981 perustettu perheyritys Järvenpäässä, etsii tuotantotyöntekijää. Rooli sisältää kellokortin mukaista tuotantotyötä.

Tällä hetkellä vuorot ovat 06:00–14:00 ja 14:00–22:00; tilauksien mukaan voidaan siirtyä kolmivuorotyöhön.

Työ on fyysisesti vaativaa ja kemikaalien käsittelyssä vaaditaan tarkkuutta. Työn kieli on suomi; työsuhde ATA Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy:n kautta, aloitusmahdollisuus välitön.

• Tuotanto- tai valmistuskokemus toivottavaa, mutta ei välttämätöntä.

Responsibilities

• Tukevasti kellokortilla tapahtuva tuotantotyö (standing, fyysisesti vaativaa).
• Tällä hetkellä vuorot 06:00–14:00 ja 14:00–22:00; tarve siirtyä kolmeen vuoroon tilauksien mukaan.

Job description

Pentisol, founded in 1981 in Järvenpää, is a family-owned company known for its innovative product development. The company produces products for industry, automotive, households and more. Pentisol is growing and is seeking an additional Production Worker to join the team.

The role involves clocked-in production work, currently running on a two-shift schedule (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00) with readiness to move to a three-shift pattern as order volume requires.

We are looking for a candidate with interest in production, prior manufacturing experience preferred but not essential. A suitable background in the field is a plus.

The job is standing and physically demanding at times; handling chemicals in production requires precision and carefulness.

Working language is Finnish.

Employment will be with ATA Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy, permanent with a 6-month probation. Weekly hours are 15–37.5 h, with full-time hours typical when orders are good. Start date is immediate for the right person, with long-term opportunities at Pentisol.

The collective agreement followed is the plastics and chemical production industry agreement; pay is based on TES at 13.24 €/h with shift allowances per TES.
