Job description

We are looking for motivated production workers for permanent long-term positions in Kauhava. The job is a 3-shift operation with a variety of production tasks. Previous experience in production is beneficial, but the most important thing is a positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to the job. On-the-job training will be provided.

Requirements include readiness to work in a 3-shift system, careful and responsible work, good physical condition, teamwork and initiative, and Finnish language skills.

Desirable: previous experience in production/manufacturing, good problem-solving skills and self-driven work style, driving license and ability to travel by car.
