Job description

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Operations team for a full-time, permanent role. In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership of a team which consists mostly of production technicians. The holder of this position will oversee the daily production plans within defined timelines and quality standards to meet. About 250 employees in Finland and over 14,000 worldwide give their best at Sartorius to bring our products and services to market. We put not only our minds but also our hearts into everything we do. The Operations team in Helsinki consists of about 40 professionals working in plastic production. • Align resources with production plans on a daily basis
• Provide effective and constructive feedback to production staff and suggest corrective actions if needed to ensure production plans are fulfilled
• Check production plans and fulfillment
• Participate in daily meetings regarding problem solving, continuous improvement and 5s.
