Qualifications

• A relevant technical degree, such as a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in a production supervisor role in an appropriate technical/similar environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Align resources with production plans on a daily basis.
• Provide constructive feedback to staff and implement corrective actions to meet plans.
• Check production plans and ensure fulfilment.
• Participate in daily problem-solving, continuous improvement and 5S practices.
