Job summary

The Production Manager at Euromaster’s Pori plating facility will lead and develop manufacturing processes, translate data into improvement actions, and ensure delivery of projects to completion. Reporting to the B2B sales director, the candidate should have manufacturing leadership experience, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and fluency in Finnish and English.

Job description

The Finnish job ad describes a permanent, full-time position for a Production Manager at Euromaster’s Pori plating facility. The role requires comprehensive factory leadership, strategic development, process improvement, and strong cost efficiency, productivity, safety and responsibility mindset. You will lead and develop processes and working methods based on facts, translating data into improvement actions and delivering projects to completion. The team currently comprises around 25 people.

The candidate should have a background in commercial or technical roles, prior manufacturing leadership experience, experience with successful development projects and process deployment, analytical, results-oriented, and strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as fluency in Finnish and English and strong IT skills (Excel and similar).
