Job summary

The Production Manager at Euromaster’s Pori plating facility will lead and develop manufacturing processes, translate data into improvement actions, and ensure delivery of projects to completion. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on cost efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Reporting to the B2B sales director, the candidate should have manufacturing leadership experience, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and fluency in Finnish and English.

Qualifications

• Background in commercial or technical roles.
• Prior manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with development projects and process deployment.
• Analytical, results-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English; strong IT skills (Excel and similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop processes and working methods based on facts.
• Translate data into improvement actions and deliver projects to completion.
• Drive cost efficiency, productivity, safety and responsibility mindset.
• Manage a team of about 25 people at the Pori plating facility.
