Würth Oy seeks a self-driven Product Manager for fastening accessories in Riihimäki, Finland. You will manage the assortment, understand the Finnish market, and train staff and external customers.
You will work closely with procurement to ensure a smooth supply chain and coordinate with internal and external partners. The role requires an engineering or technical education, sales orientation, and a proactive, responsible attitude.
We are looking for a self-driven and reliable product manager for fastening accessories in Riihimäki. You will be responsible for the assortment management of your product area and understand the market for the product category in Finland. You know the technical properties, installation requirements and various usage environments of fastening accessories. In the role you will train both our staff and external customers and act as expert support for various stakeholders. You will work closely with procurement and ensure smooth and efficient supply chain management for your product area. We expect you to have technical education, for example an engineering degree, and a sales-oriented and goal-driven work attitude. We value good cooperation and communication skills and a confident presence. You will manage changing situations and periodic schedule pressures, prioritise your tasks, work proactively and responsibly. Reliability and collaboration with external customers as well as internal partners are central to the job.
The job requires domestic travel readiness, proficient use of Office applications and English language skills.
