Experience in digital transformation, business development, or product ownership.
Understanding of how processes, data and digital solutions create value.
Experience with Agile development and collaborating with teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce.com is advantageous.
Experience with customer-facing business processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain roadmap for assigned business capabilities.
Collaborate with peers, process owners, architects and stakeholders to ensure development activities support shared goals.
Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into actionable development initiatives.
Collaborate closely with architects, developers and business stakeholders throughout the development cycle.
Define success measures and expected outcomes for new capabilities and improvements.
Ensure required data, reports and dashboards are available to monitor utilization, performance and business impact.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across business, operations and technology functions.
Facilitate alignment between diverse stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
