Job summary

Elisa is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support software development within our Digital Services organization. You will help accelerate agile transformation and shape how we continuously improve the way we work, collaborating with leaders, product teams and developers to deliver value.

You will facilitate workshops, foster data-driven decision making, and partner with stakeholders to connect strategy with execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coaching agile teams, leaders and organizations.
• Experience with AI-enabled Agile tooling and measurement frameworks; ability to coach with metrics.
• Experience with AI-driven software and product development teams.
• Deep understanding of agile values and product-centric working.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and build trust across stakeholders.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong experience in organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Passion for helping people, teams, and organizations toward a better future.
• Experience with lean and agile scaling practices; leading transformational changes; building quality-in throughout end-to-end flow.

• Help connect strategy, product development, and execution together and create pull-based flow of value.
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor for leaders and the development organization.
• If needed, drive change initiatives related to e.g. renewing operating model or tooling

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support software development within our Digital Services organization.

The Agile Coach will help accelerate our agile transformation and evolve and shape how our Digital Services organization continuously improves the way we work. Sometimes this means supporting and driving larger organizational initiatives and transformations, but more often it means helping people navigate everyday challenges, improve collaboration, make better decisions and create sustainable ways of working.

As an Agile Coach, you will work with leaders, product organizations, development teams and individuals to continuously improve how we work together, create value for customers, collaborate across domains and organizational units, and improve the flow of value delivery. You will be a key partner in helping teams, business stakeholders and leadership to adopt modern product development practices and agile leadership while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

You understand that agility is not about choosing, adopting and following a specific framework. It is about helping organizations and teams become better by building trusted relationships, facilitate meaningful conversations and help people discover better ways of working together.

In this role, you will

We hope you have

• Experience and insight of AI-enabled Agile tooling and measurement frameworks and how to lead and coach with metrics

• Experience working with AI-driven software and product development teams, or with other key roles in digital development organizations.

• Deep understanding of agile values and principles, and product-centric ways of working and what it means on different levels of organization.

• Ability to influence without formal authority and build trust across different stakeholder groups.

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

• Strong experience in organizational change and transformation initiatives.

• A passion for helping people, teams, and organizations towards a better future.

Experience in different lean and agile scaling practices and frameworks, how to lead transformational changes and what it means to build quality-in throughout the end-to-end flow is considered an advantage.
