Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a proactive Product Manager for continuous backwash granular media filtration solutions (DynaSand/SuperSand) to shape growth in the treatment market. You will own the product portfolio, define regional strategy, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure commercial readiness across sales and operations.

• Self-starter attitude with strong communication skills.
• Understanding of municipal, industrial water and wastewater treatment or similar technical solutions.
• Proven experience with granular filtration products.
• Experience in process engineering, project management, market-oriented business/product development and international work within water treatment.
• Ideally experience from Global Product Management, or local product portfolio management, global/local business development, sales management or similar.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written & verbal communication in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

To succeed in this role, you will need

• Proven experience and expertise working with granular filtration products.

• Experience process engineering,project management,market-orientedbusiness/product development andinternationalworkwithin a water treatment sector.

• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
