Job summary

Würth Oy is seeking energetic salespeople for Kouvola centers to assist corporate customers, solve product-fit problems, and present new offerings. You will work autonomously with store colleagues and collaborate with sales reps and account managers.

The role includes calling customers to activate sales and supporting weekday operations from 6:30–17:00. The position offers permanent full-time employment with a fixed monthly salary.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for energetic and service‑mourning salespeople for our Kouvola centers. The role involves helping corporate customers, solving problems (e.g., selecting the right fastening solution or tool), presenting new products, and supporting store tasks. You will also activate customers by phone. The role is autonomous team work with store colleagues and collaboration with sales representatives and account managers. Open weekdays 6:30–17:00, with pleasant hours for retail.

We offer permanent full‑time employment with a fixed monthly salary. We support training and development to grow into an excellent salesperson. There are opportunities for advancement to field sales.
