Job description

Meet Sievo

Sievo is the global category leader in procurement analytics. We process 2% of global GDP annually and serve the largest companies in the world to generate cost savings, understand their procurement data, make data-driven decisions, reduce emissions, drive supply chain resilience, and beyond.

At the core of our success are talented people from all over the world with different backgrounds and perspectives. Our 400+ Sievonians are based across Helsinki, Chicago, Bucharest, London and Paris. Our core values are caring, exceeding, and honesty - values that make us grow bigger and better, not bigger and bitter.

We’re taking on new challenges at an accelerating pace. In 2026 we have already opened new offices in the UK and France, completed our first acquisition, made substantial breakthroughs in our data businesses, massively adopted AI in internal operations, and embedded new AI capabilities in the product we offer to our customers.

About the role

At Sievo, we work with real-world procurement data equivalent to 2% of global GDP. We’re looking for a Procurement Data Manager to turn that data into benchmarks, in-sights and market stories that procurement professionals around the world rely on.

You’ll build the analysis yourself: you define the data cuts, run and validate the num-bers, and decide what they mean. You’ll then turn those findings into assets that go-to-market teams can take straight to customers and prospects with confidence.

The role sits in our marketing team. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to turn Sievo’s community data into differentiated market in-sights that support pipeline generation, customer retention and our brand authority in procurement analytics.

Responsibilities
Benchmark reports
  • Build Sievo’s recurring and ad-hoc benchmark reports from aggregated and anonymized community data: define the cuts, run the analysis, and make the production process repeatable and scalable.

  • Identify the most relevant, defensible, and commercially valuable slices of data to report on, in close collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales.

  • Own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of benchmark outputs – from raw data to finished report.

Data insights & storytelling
  • Find the “so what” in the data and translate it into clear narratives, visuals, and talking points that resonate with a non-technical business audience.

  • Articulate what story the numbers tell – not just how to chart them. Turn procurement benchmarks into compelling market insights that differentiate Sievo.

  • Monitor global events, trade developments, policy shifts, and supply chain signals to identify procurement-relevant moments worth owning. Have the instinct to ask “what does our data say about this?” before anyone else does – and move quickly to turn those moments into timely insights and content that put Sievo in the conversation.

  • Develop and maintain a library of data-driven narratives, charts, and visuals for use across marketing, sales, and customer-facing materials.

Enabling sales and marketing on using the data
  • Package insights into assets the GTM teams actually use: benchmark slides, one-pagers, campaign angles, long-format reports, and more.

  • Enable sales reps and marketers to use Sievo’s community data confidently in their motions – through training, enablement sessions, and clear documentation.

  • Work with the rest of the marketing team to integrate benchmark data into demand generation campaigns, thought leadership, and customer communications.

  • Tracking and reporting results: Define success metrics for benchmark assets and track their usage and impact across sales and marketing programs.

Qualifications and skills
  • Procurement-domain understanding (mandatory) either from direct experience in a procurement role, consulting for procurement teams, or deep familiarity with procurement processes, the challenges and goals of procurement professionals ranging from analyst to C-level.

  • Outstanding analytical skills to identify trends, synthesize findings, and give educated recommendations backed by data (experience with tools such as Power BI or similar are a plus).

  • Proven data storytelling skills: ability to build a coherent narrative, produce clean visuals, and write clearly for a non-technical audience across multiple formats (slides, reports, one-pagers, web).

  • Understanding how sales and marketing use data – and the ability to translate analysis into messaging and enablement assets, not just dashboards.

  • Confident presenting to and enabling internal teams, including senior stakeholders; comfortable running enablement sessions and workshops.

  • A self-starter approach with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, insight-driven content across formats.

  • Ability to leverage AI in work processes for better quality and faster output.

We also consider it an advantage if you have:
  • Experience in a data analysis, insights, or analytics role – ideally in a consulting company with a procurement domain– with a track record of turning complex data into actionable outputs.

  • Strong hands-on data skills: comfortable structuring, cleaning, and QA-ing large datasets in Excel and SQL, and building reports in a BI tool (Power BI or similar).

What we offer
  • An open, honest and supportive Nordic working culture.

  • A high-performance culture where exceeding is the norm, not the exception - we grow 30% a year, and we invest in the people who drive that.

  • Awesome perks, including extensive healthcare, phone plan, home internet connection, referral bonus, equity program, and many more!

  • One of the coolest offices in the heart of Helsinki – or if you prefer, a flexible hybrid working mode. We also provide all essential tools to work remotely.

  • Freedom and responsibility. We are looking for people who yearn for this freedom, can make the most out of it and are willing to take on responsibility.

  • The possibility to work with an international group of great people with diverse backgrounds.

The salary range for this position is 5,000 to 7,000 EUR / month. The salary will be determined based on candidate’s experience and qualifications for the position.

For questions about the position, feel free to contact Head of Product Marketing, Natasha Toshevska (natasha.toshevska@sievo.com)
