Job summary

Etelä-Karjalan hyvinvointialue hakee lähihoitajaa kotihoitoon Joutsenoon. Työtehtäviin kuuluu asiakkaiden arjen tukeminen kotona, lääkkeiden anto sekä hoidon koordinointi Hilkka- ja LifeCare-järjestelmien avulla.

Työ on vakituinen ja kaksivuorotyö, tarjoten perehdytyksen sekä mahdollisuuden kehittyä hoitotyön ammattilaisena moniammatillisessa, tukea tarjoavassa työyhteisössä Etelä-Karjalan alueella.

Qualifications

• Itsenäinen työote asiakastyössä kotihoidossa.
• Asiakaskeskeinen lähestymistapa ja empaattinen palvelu.
• Lähihoitajan kelpoisuus ja rekisteröinti terveydenhuollon ammattilaisena.

Responsibilities

• Tukee asiakkaiden arkea kotihoidossa itsenäisesti.
• Antaa lääkehoitoa ja seuraa hoitojaksoja.
• Käyttää Hilkka- ja LifeCare-järjestelmiä hoidon koordinointiin.

Job description

A Finnish-language post for a permanent position as a practical nurse in home care in Joutsenon. The job involves independently supporting daily activities at clients' homes, administering medications, and coordinating care using the Hilkka management system and LifeCare software. The role is two-shift and includes orientation, supportive colleagues, and opportunities to develop nursing and care work in a cooperative and motivating work community. Requirements include a social and health care basic qualification (practical nurse) and registration as a licensed health care professional, a valid medication license from South Karelia wellbeing district, a valid driver's license, and health clearance with a health nurse certificate.
