Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD degree in physics, chemistry, biosciences or related subject area.
• Solid background in molecular dynamics simulations (e.g., GROMACS) and basic programming knowledge (Python).
• Experience in developing simulation or analysis tools, de novo protein design, or applying machine learning to simulation data is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, supervise students, communicate with collaborators, and potentially contribute to teaching.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and design, perform and analyze simulations.
• Communicate with collaborators and supervise the doctoral researcher.
• Prepare manuscripts for publication and present findings at meetings and conferences.
