As a Platform Engineer at Aspia, you will work at the interface between platform operations, DevOps practices, and development teams. The role combines platform engineering, operational support, automation, and developer enablement. You will help create and improve the standardized capabilities, tools, guardrails, and ways of working that enable development teams to deploy, integrate, and operate solutions in a secure, scalable, and efficient way.
A significant part of the role is to support development teams both when adopting platform services and when resolving production-related issues. In practice, this means providing hands‑on guidance, troubleshooting support, and practical recommendations for deployment pipelines, integrations, access patterns, operational readiness, and platform-related incidents. You will also take operational responsibility for GitHub Enterprise, including administration, maintenance, access management, governance support, and continuous improvement of the developer expert.
At Aspia, you will join a collaborative environment where curiosity, trust, and continuous improvement are central. You will work alongside skilled colleagues across the Nordics and play an important role in improving the platform capabilities and developer experience that support our growth. This is an opportunity to combine hands‑on technical work, operational responsibility, and close collaboration with development teams in an international environment where your expertise will make a visible impact.
We work in a hybrid model with flexible working hours, and we hope to see you a few days per week at our office in Espoo.
